I am Tedrian Satterwhite, a Certified Herbalist with a passion for natural healing. My mission is simple, to provide my community with organic, natural drinks and products that support the body’s ability to heal itself.
Every product I create is crafted with care to help remove toxins, support digestion, encourage healthy weight management, and strengthen the immune system against common illnesses. I believe that true wellness starts with what we put into our bodies, and nature has already given us the tools we need to thrive.
This journey is deeply personal to me. I’ve dedicated my studies to understanding the human body and the power of natural remedies, and I’m honored to share that knowledge through products that bring real benefits to everyday life.

  • Shipping | Pick Up | Order Processing

    Order Processing Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing. 

    Shipping: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will include a link you can use to track status and delivery. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Once your order is turned over to the logistic company (UPS, USPS) they are now responsible for delivery. 

    Shipping Fees

    Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from 999smoothiewrld.com  you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to dispute any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or with your bank/credit card company.

    DOMESTIC

    After processing time, orders will ship USPS 2-3 day priority shipping. Please anticipate slight delays in delivery times due to supply chain and courier service delays

    Local Pick Up 

    Free local pick up in Dayton, OH area. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. An email or text confirmation will be sent when your items are ready for pick.

    Refunds and Exchanges

    As a policy, we only accept returns of damaged products. If your items are damaged during transit or you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately.

    Please send us an email within 48 hours of receipt of your order to tedriansmoothiewrld999@gmail.com.

    Include the following: 

    1.Order Number 

    2. Photo of Damaged Items 

    3. A description of the issue

    We will review your claim and follow up with a solution. If your claim is accepted, refunds are processed in the form of store credit or a replacement of productsShipping is not refunded. Should a refund be issued, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days minus the shipping fee.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items 

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, sea moss, herbs or plants), custom products (such as personalized herbal blends), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please email us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Exchanges 

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds 

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be offered a replacement item or issued a store credit, not to include shipping cost.
